Information we collect
When you use the estimate form we collect:
- Property details such as roof type, property type, number of bedrooms, roof covering and whether you want a replacement or repair.
- Your house number or property name and postcode.
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Basic technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Produce your indicative roofing estimate and send you a copy.
- Contact you about your enquiry and arrange a free, no-obligation roof survey.
- Pass your enquiry to a suitable local roofing contractor so they can carry out the survey and issue a quotation.
- Improve the website, the estimate form and our service.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the estimate form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, normally up to six years, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
